“We stayed here for 3 nights on a little staycation. Hotel is very clean, staff is super friendly, and it is in a great location right next to Tanger Outlet Mall. Also, very good room rates. They offer a hot breakfast every morning which is very good. Our only complaint is the beds. The beds are horribly hard. However, after the first night stay, I requested a different room because of the beds and they said all of the beds are the same. They offered us a pillow topper for the bed which definitely helped some. If you stay here, I recommend requesting the mattress topper. The company definitely needs to invest in better mattresses. This is the ONLY reason we are not giving 5 stars. Other than that, this hotel is excellent and I would definitely stay here again.”

“Let me start by saying the staff here are fantastic. Grandview needs to light up their sign. Even tho it is down the hill from 76 on Tanger blvd, on a dark rainy night we missed the turn into the hotel. Also, caution to parents the water in the shower gets extremely hot with a tiny bump. As far as the room, it was comfortable but small . Clean tho!! They had a really good selection for breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, crispy breakfast potatoes, white peppered gravy and biscuits. Waffle makers ( big and small) . They had a bread area where they had bread for toast, McMuffins, also juice machine, cereal options, a lil fridge with tropical fruit mix and yogurt. Coffee . The staff kept it stocked and cleaned . They also have a high chair if you need one to use.”

“Great access to our room. We had complementary cookies, which was an awesome touch! Breakfast was good and it all came at a great price.”

“The rooms are clean, smell clean, and are extremely well maintained. The parking lot can be a hassle when it’s busy and people are going to the outlet. The people are nicer than a family member. Last thing - the beds suck. They really do, and I have no way to sugarcoat it.”
